Request about Shelter novel

I recently found out that there was a novel adaptation made of the movie. Has anyone read it? If so, what did you think?

Well I saw it on Amazon, but my local Borders had a copy. Honestly though, it's not that good. Like if you hadn't seen the move it would be a bad book. But it does give some interesting background info on some of the characters.

Yup, the novel was not very good at all. I've read better latter days fanfic for sure
