Below are all of the rating polls for Teams Angst and Schmoop for Round Four. Authors, please remember to link to this post, or directly to the relevant poll itself (by clicking on the Poll #xxxx link), in your fic post.

Rating Reminder:

1. Your rating will be anonymous.

2. You do not have to rate one fic over the other. You are rating each fic on its own merits.

3. Rate each fic on a scale from 1 to 10 (10 being the best) on the following criteria:

-how well the writer used the theme
-how angsty (or schmoopy) the fic was
-how much you liked it

4. Please only vote once in each poll. Authors, do not rate your own fic.

5. Rating for all stories will remain open for two days following the posting of the last story, including pinch-hit fic.

Themes:

Following are the three themes for this round of the Angst vs Schmoop Challenge. (As you can see, I went with a sort of Valentine’s Day theme. *g*) Please note that you may interpret the theme as you wish.

Chocolate
Heart
Kiss

One person from Team Angst, and one from Team Schmoop, will write the same theme. Themes will be given on a first come, first served basis. Comment here to claim your theme! If themes are not claimed by midnight Tuesday, February 12th, I will arbitrarily assign the remaining themes. Once all the themes have been claimed (or assigned by default) I will post a posting schedule. (Keep in mind, the sooner all the themes are claimed, the longer you’ll have to write. *g*)


Posting: Fic will be due beginning Tuesday, February 26, so if anyone will be unavailable (ie, away from the internet) any day from Tuesday, February 26 through Thursday, February 28, please tell me now, before I create the posting schedule! Once the schedule has been created it will not be changed. Thank you.

(For those who are unaware of how I do things, the posting schedule is created by drawing themes out of a hat. Very scientific. *g*)

Let’s try this one more time! Welcome to our fourth round of the Shelter Angst vs Schmoop Challenge! Please read the Rules Post before you sign up.

If you’d like to play this round, comment here and tell me which team you’d like to write for, Team Angst or Team Schmoop.

~We need at least 6 people to sign up, 3 for each team, but we’ll take more than that if we can get them! We’ll also need pinch-hitters, so you can sign up for that, instead, if you like.

~Teams will be created on a first-come, first-served basis. That means, if we get 10 people who want to write for Team Schmoop and only 5 willing to write for Team Angst, and no one wants to switch over, we’ll be cutting off the teams at the first 5 people to respond for each team.

~Sign-ups will be open through midnight Tuesday, February 5th. (Depending on how many people sign up, fic will most likely be due the last week of February, beginning on Monday, February 25 (as a guestimate). If more or fewer people sign up, then we’ll start a day or so earlier or later, as the case may be. If you will not be able to post AT ALL during that time period, please do not sign up.)
