Re-Watch Query re Scheduling

shelter_dinerWe had an awesome time Friday night! It's so much fun watching this movie with other people who love it, and who just ~get it. I also have discovered that I learn new things about the movie every time I watch it. Not only from other people's comments, but from my own observations. It's like I have these lightbulb moments.
Okay, moving on. WRT scheduling next month's re-watch, which will be taking place over the weekend of April 16-17. My question to you all is this: would it be easier to pick a day/time NOW, so you have longer to plan for it, or would it be easier to wait until say, April 1st or so, that way you have a better idea of what your schedule is when you choose?
