Question? Need some names from movie

Hi guys, I need to pick your brains for a bit.

I'm writing (still) a huge-ass fic (seriously huge!) and need a couple of names that I don't remember....the name of the grocery store that Jeanne worked at and the name of her girl friend that she was partying with at the house.

Anyone have any clue to help me out here?

Ok, i went over the parts of the movie with the things you want and here's what i got.

For the store, i can see the sign, but i can't read it. I think i see RCA but there's a word above it that i can't read.

And the friend? They never say her name. But i looked up the credits and they have her listed as Ellen. So....yeah.

On TrevorWrightonline.com a fan identified and visited many of the sites in the movie. He? She? says the store where Jeanne and Zach worked is called McCowen's supermarket, but it's since been demolished.

I think I remember Jeanne referring to the store as the Oceanette in the movie, though, when she's talking to Zach about going to Oregon. Could be wrong.

Ooh you're right. She did call it the Oceanette. That must be the movie name and McCowans Supermarket is the real-life name. I like Oceanette better for sure :-)

The name of the real store was McCowan's. The store closed and was torn down in early 2008. I drove by the empty lot in July 2008 and parked in the same spot where Tori parked her blue Honda. The boozing girlfriend of Jeanne's was "Ellen".
